How to use your Listenbox podcast website
Find your podcast website address, add Apple Podcasts and Spotify links, and change your address in the Listenbox dashboard.
Updated
Your Listenbox podcast website lets listeners browse episodes, play them in their browser, and open your show in their preferred podcast app. Use the dashboard to find your website address and add your listening links.
Find your podcast website address
- Sign in to the dashboard and open your podcast.
- Find Podcast website in the overview and click the address to open it.
- Copy the address from your browser and share it with your listeners.
Your website becomes available once you have a published episode with playable audio or video. New episodes appear automatically when you publish them.
Add Apple Podcasts and Spotify links
- Open your show's listing in Apple Podcasts or Spotify and copy its share link.
- In the Listenbox dashboard, open your podcast and select Edit.
- Paste the links into Apple Podcasts and Spotify. You can add either one or both.
- Select Save podcast details. The buttons appear on your website once the update is published.
Use links to your show, rather than an individual episode or your creator account. These buttons link to existing listings. If your show is not listed yet, follow the directory setup steps first.
To change or remove a button, replace or clear its URL and save again.
Change your podcast website address
Your podcast's Slug determines its address. For example, the slug
my-podcast gives you https://my-podcast.listenbox.app/.
- Open your podcast in the dashboard and select Edit.
- Change Slug to your preferred name. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and
single hyphens between words. Enter only the slug, without
https://or.listenbox.app. - Select Save podcast details. If the slug is unavailable, choose another. Your new website address appears in the podcast overview.
The Website field is a separate link in your podcast details; it does not control your Listenbox website address.
The old address does not redirect. Update any shared website, episode, and RSS links that use it after the new address is published.
