Apple Podcasts not updating? Refresh your RSS feed
Find the Refresh control in Apple Podcasts Connect when your podcast description, artwork, or new episodes have not updated.

1. Check your RSS feed
Open your public RSS feed and confirm the new description, artwork, or published episode is there. In Listenbox, open your podcast, select its feed under Feeds, then choose Open RSS.
2. Find the Refresh control
Sign in to Apple Podcasts Connect, select your show, and find its last update time. Click Refresh or Refresh Feed beside it.
3. Give Apple time to update
The Refreshing Feed message means Apple is processing your request. Refreshes happen asynchronously. Apple says metadata updates can take up to 24 hours.
If your podcast description or episodes still have not updated, confirm your show's status is Published, then contact Apple support. For artwork changes, Apple's refresh guidance also requires a different image filename.
