Delete an imported episode
Open the imported episode, choose delete, and confirm the removal. Listenbox removes the episode record from your workspace and stops using it for future publishing.
Delete imported source media
Open the imported episode or media library, choose the source media file, and delete it when you no longer need the imported asset.
Delete a show, workspace, or account
Use workspace settings to delete larger containers, or contact support when you need help removing imported Google user data tied to your account.
Revoke Google access
Open your Google account settings, review third-party apps and services, and revoke Listenbox access if you no longer want Google export access connected.
What happens after deletion
Deleted imported episodes or media stop being available in your Listenbox workspace. Some operational records may remain for security, billing, legal, backup, or abuse-prevention reasons until retention periods expire.
